Payment Terms
If you have published and sold content on Comic Distro, the money you are owed will be visible in your account under the "Earnings" section that appears on your account information on Comic Distro. Any details regarding referrals can be seen in your account under the "My Referrals" section. You will receive the money you are due via PayPal.
If Comic Distro owes you less than $20 for content sales, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to hold your earnings until $20 is reached.
You will be paid after you make a request for payment through Comic Distro. All of your book orders from all sales transactions (including through referrals) must be completed (The status of Transaction IDs for all of your orders must be deemed 'Delivered') before you will receive your earnings from Comic Distro.
All minimum earnings in non-USD shall be calculated in USD using current exchange rates for the purpose of the minimum thresholds for transmission of payments to you by Comic Distro.
It is your responsibility to update your contact information.
Comic Distro reserves the right to place a hold on any payment based upon suspicious activity, including but not limited to, potential fraud, copyright infringement or other violations of our Terms of Use, claims by third parties and/or questions regarding rightful ownership of the account.
